Pangola

Pangola is a holding company sitting above several subsidiaries doing tightly regulated decontamination and recycling work. The brief was to build one identity strong enough to hold these different, technical businesses together without flattening what makes each of them distinct. I built the logo mark around the pangolin: the letter P folded into overlapping scales, echoing the animal's layered defense. The palette moves away from the expected bright "eco" green toward muted, grounded tones that read as stable rather than trendy.
