COMALATS is a contemporary Catalan winery, rooted in the land it comes from. The name draws from "coma": the quiet mountain hollows of Catalonia's wine country. Comalats was created as a tribute to the patience of the land, and to wine worth taking time over. From harvest to table, it moves at its own pace: hands in the soil, quiet fermentation, a glass poured slowly and meant to be shared.
